  1. Introduction

Welcome to Hamilton Honour Boards. By accessing or placing an order with us in person, by email, or phone correspondence, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Products & Custom Orders
  • All honour boards are made to order, we do not carry stock.
  • Final designs will be confirmed before production begins.
  • Colours, grain, and finishes may vary due to stock availability, natural characteristics of timber and production processes.
  • Custom designs are limited to our machine capabilities and subject to assessment. We reserve the right to decline custom order requests based on design selection.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are quoted in AUD and include GST, unless stated otherwise.
  • A deposit (or full payment) may be requested to confirm your order.
  • Final payment is due prior to dispatch unless otherwise arranged in writing.
  • Visa and Mastercard payments incur a surcharge – this is applied automatically during the MYOB payment process and as such cannot be itemized into your invoice.
  • For overdue accounts referred to a collection agency, you will be liable for costs incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs.
  1. Turnaround Time
  • Standard production time starts at 6-8 weeks from design approval and is impacted by current manufacture loads.
  • Rush orders may be possible upon request and may incur additional charges.
  • Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supply chain issues, weather, public holidays, traffic conditions etc.) can impact production/arrival times.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • We deliver Australia-wide.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.
  • All couriered products are securely package and insured; however, we are not directly responsible for delays or damage caused during transit by third-party couriers.
  1. Installation
  • We do not provide on-site installation.
  • Boards are supplied with appropriate mounting hardware unless otherwise discussed.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure secure and appropriate installation.
  1. Updates to Existing Boards
  • Updating services are available via post or on-site (Sydney wide).
  • We take care in matching fonts and layout; however, matching third-party boards is not guaranteed due to variations in materials, colours, and finishes.
  1. Refunds & Returns
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless an error was made by us.
  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All designs, templates, and photographs remain the property of Hamilton Honour Boards and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
  1. Privacy
  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely to process your order and communicate with you. We never share your information with third parties unless required to do so by law.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
